Billy graduated with a master degree from Pebble Hills University. He has professional qualification of FChFP as a chartered financial planner, he is also a member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC in Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province. Billly is a leader and key member of many social organizations in Hong Kong. He has more than 30 years of financial planning experience, as well as more than 10 years of real estate agency and immigration related experience. He has studied Chinese and Western cultures, and he is proficient in traditions and diverse cultures. With his good communication skills, he has becomes the network connection and communication bridge of our group.
