FGIPT Capital - SCR, S.A. is a CMVM-authorised venture capital fund manager (Licence ADM/599/2024/AUT/DPA), operating under Decreto-Lei n.º 27/2023. The firm is evaluating an upgrade to a full Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) authorisation under Directive 2011/61/EU, with the application process anticipated to commence in late 2026.
All fund documentation is filed with the CMVM. The depositary (Bison Bank), fund auditor (KPMG), and valuation agents are independent service providers. The firm operates a three-lines-of-defence governance model: investment and operations at the first line; independent risk and compliance at the second; internal audit and the board's risk committee at the third.
