Five regulated mobility pathways for international families. One discipline: resident teams in every relevant jurisdiction, full-process delivery against a checklist that mirrors the relevant regulator's published requirements, T+3 commission settlement for channel partners. We do not improvise.

Mobility, regulated routes, and operating standards.
Which Portugal Golden Visa routes does FGI support?
Following the October 2023 reform, FGI supports both eligible routes: (a) regulated-fund subscription managed by a CMVM-authorised manager, and (b) cultural-patronage projects qualifying under Article 3(1)(c) of Law 23/2007. The previous real-estate route was closed in 2023 and is not supported.
Does FGI advise on the Hong Kong CIES?
Yes. FGI is a professional service provider for Hong Kong CIES applicants, assisting with eligibility scoping, document preparation, submission, and post-approval support. The current CIES requires a net asset value of not less than HK$30 million. FGI does not provide investment advice on CIES-eligible instruments outside a licensed mandate.
What is the Borderless Territories cultural-donation project?
Borderless Territories is FGI Patronage's signature cultural-cooperation project, developed with a Portuguese municipal partner and endorsed by GEPAC (the Portuguese cultural-planning authority). The project qualifies under Article 3(1)(c) of Law 23/2007 as a Portugal Golden Visa cultural-patronage vehicle. The current allocation is fully subscribed; a successor project is in diligence.
Does FGI guarantee Golden Visa approval?
No advisor can guarantee a sovereign approval. FGI's discipline is procedural: pre-review against the regulator's published requirements, complete documentation, and submission through a CMVM-regulated vehicle or GEPAC-endorsed project. Approval rests with AIMA and the Portuguese authorities.
