On 22 April 2026, FGI Group Holdings held the “Xinghui · West Kowloon CBD3 New-Generation Smart Core Property Launch Ceremony” in Hong Kong. Xinghui, an important Hong Kong-market project of FGI Future Real Estate, FGI’s specialist property brand, was formally launched. The event considered core West Kowloon commercial assets, business-space value, smart business settings and long-term allocation logic. The project is located at 750 Cheung Sha Wan Road, in the core West Kowloon CBD3 area, near Lai Chi Kok MTR Station and connected to Kowloon’s key business routes.

Before the ceremony, FGI Future Real Estate led channel partners on a site visit to Xinghui, enabling them to understand the location, surrounding environment, transport connections, business atmosphere and future use scenarios. Positioned as new-generation smart core commercial property, the project responds to needs including owner occupation, business presentation, long-term holding and asset allocation. As Cheung Sha Wan CBD3 progressively becomes an upgraded core commercial area (project materials, 2026), Xinghui represents a combination of location, business scenarios and long-term holding considerations. Xinghui is jointly developed by FGI Future Real Estate and Hong Kong’s Yu Shan Group. Founded in Hong Kong in 2012, FGI Group Holdings has developed operations across finance, asset management and property development in Mainland China, Europe and Southeast Asia. According to Group materials, FGI Future Real Estate brings development experience in European high-end residences, commercial complexes and historic-building restoration, combining an international team with Hong Kong local-market insight. Xinghui’s launch reflects the Group’s continued deepening of global asset allocation, project development and local-market execution.

The ceremony brought together Group management, project partners, industry associations, legal-service institutions and channel partners. Dr Wu Mingqi delivered opening remarks on Group development, Hong Kong market positioning and core assets, joined by Liang Jiankang, Liu Yingwei and Fu Yan. Industry guests Chairman Xie and Vice Chairman Lui attended, while project and local-resource representatives included Fok Wai Leung of Yu Shan Group and Chan Tak Shing of Hin Lee Development Limited. Wong Chun Yu, Senior Legal Director at K.H. Chan & Co., Solicitors, also attended, offering a professional perspective on future transaction services and legal procedures. Guest attendance is a factual event record and does not constitute endorsement of any project or service.

With the joint witness of the officiating guests, a handprint launch and ribbon-cutting ceremony formally introduced Xinghui. The session marked a new stage for FGI Group Holdings, FGI Future Real Estate and their partners around Hong Kong core commercial assets.

Wu Yalin, Senior Business Manager of FGI Future Real Estate, presented the project’s positioning, location value, product logic and future perspective. Xinghui is positioned on the Lai Chi Kok–Cheung Sha Wan CBD3 core axis, using flexible space, distinctive design and smart management to respond to business deployment and long-term allocation needs. According to project materials (2026), it is near Lai Chi Kok MTR Station with rapid connections to Hong Kong International Airport, West Kowloon High Speed Rail Station, Central, Futian in Shenzhen and Macau. At the ceremony, FGI Future Real Estate presented Xinghui authorisation plaques to partner representatives, formally confirming their status as project-promotion and channel partners, followed by a group-photo session. The ceremony established a market-facing cooperation network for Xinghui and provided a foundation for subsequent promotion and resource coordination. For FGI Group Holdings, the partner system is an important foundation for long-term development; for FGI Future Real Estate, Xinghui is a starting point for cooperation around Hong Kong core commercial assets, channel co-building and long-term market promotion.

The Xinghui launch ceremony presented an important moment for Hong Kong core commercial assets entering the market and reflected the Group’s ongoing perspective on Hong Kong commercial property, urban regeneration and asset allocation. Further observation: Hong Kong’s long-term value also rests on its comprehensive advantages as an international financial centre and global capital hub. Under public policy, subject to Hong Kong SAR Government announcements, the New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme (CIES) has an official minimum investment threshold of HKD 30 million from 2024; the Top Talent Pass Scheme does not require local employment before application for eligible high-income applicants and graduates of top global universities; and the Quality Migrant Admission Scheme does not require local employer engagement before application for eligible highly skilled and professional talent. These policy routes have no direct connection with property acquisition. Founded in Hong Kong in 2012, FGI has, according to Group materials, cumulatively served more than 1,500 high-net-worth client groups, providing systematic services from initial assessment to local resource connection for Hong Kong residence planning, asset allocation and business development in Hong Kong.
